 At VibraPass, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund and returns policy below. 

Returns 

Timeframe: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Initiate a Return: To start a return, email us at returns@vibrapass.com with: • Your order number. 

• The reason for your return. 

We will review your request and either grant or deny the return based on the circumstances. Once approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping. 

Important Notes 

Giveaway Returns: If the return is for an item that was part of a giveaway, all associated entries will be canceled. 

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable. 

Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will replace it at no cost. Please email us at returns@vibrapass.com with: • Your order number. 

• A description of the issue. 

• Photos of the faulty item (if applicable). 

Return Shipping 

Once your return is approved, we will email you detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us. Please note: 

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
